Storekeeper Manager - Construction

We are seeking an experienced Storekeeper Manager to manage the central and site-based warehouses for civil and MEP construction materials. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational and reporting skills, and proven experience handling materials for building and infrastructure projects.
? Key Responsibilities:
Manage all incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring proper documentation and inventory tracking.
Supervise storekeepers at project sites and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Implement stock control systems and manage minimum/maximum stock levels.
Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and project managers for material delivery schedules.
Maintain safety and cleanliness of storage areas in compliance with company policy.
Prepare periodic inventory reports and conduct audits.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a storekeeper/store manager in the construction industry (civil + MEP).
Strong knowledge of building materials, MEP items, and consumables.
Experience in managing multiple store locations or large-scale warehouses.
Proficient in inventory software (e.g. Excel, ERP, or other material tracking systems).
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Salary: AED 6,000 - 9,000/month (based on experience)
