Job Description
Job PurposeMaintain an adequate inventory of supplies, materials, parts, tools, and equipment necessary to provide timely service in a cost-effective manner. KPIs
- Ensure to keep accuracy on inventories
- Ensure to keep records on all transactions
- Ensure to keep the smoothness of in and out flow of the goods.
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
- Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
- Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing and labeling supplies
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
- Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
- Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs
- Issue tools, consumables for the production in factory.
- Issue tools, consumables to the site for the installation.
- Ensure to keep all records of power tools issue transactions.
- Knowledge of proper book keeping and inventory management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
- Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
- Skills to operate common office equipment
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping
- Physical ability to frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
