to manage day-to-day inventory and supplies for our hospitality operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hotels, resorts, or catering environments, with strong organization and stock control skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and store food, beverages, housekeeping materials, and general supplies.
Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records regularly.
Issue items to kitchen, housekeeping, and service departments as required.
Monitor expiry dates and ensure proper rotation.
Conduct periodic stock counts and report shortages.
Coordinate with procurement and suppliers for timely replenishment.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper storage standards in storerooms.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
as a storekeeper in
hospitality / hotel / catering
environment.
Knowledge of
food supply storage
, temperature standards, and stock rotation.
Strong record-keeping, organization, and basic computer skills (Excel preferred).
Ability to work independently and in a multicultural team environment.
Good communication and coordination skills.
