Receive, inspect, and document incoming spare parts and equipment according to technical specifications.
Organize and store materials safely and efficiently, ensuring accessibility and minimizing waste.
Update inventory records using ERP systems or warehouse management software.
Prepare periodic reports on stock levels, missing items, and damaged materials.
Coordinate with the procurement and Warehouse Manager to identify future requirements.
Apply occupational safety procedures within the warehouse.
Monitor expiry dates of materials and schedule preventive maintenance for equipment
