Job Description

Receive and inspect incoming food and supply deliveries Check items against purchase orders and report discrepancies Update stock levels in the inventory system (Excel or software) Issue ingredients and supplies to kitchen as per requests Follow FIFO method for stock rotation Assist in daily and monthly physical stock counts Maintain cleanliness and order in storage areas Label and store items per food safety standards File and organize delivery notes and stock records

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of inventory or stock handling Familiar with Excel or stock entry (training provided) Good attention to detail and organization Able to lift and move stock items as needed Prior experience in catering/hospitality stores is a plus High school education or equivalent preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
