We are currently seeking a professional and dedicated

Hair Assistant / Junior Stylist

to join our Dubai team on a permanent basis. This is a unique opportunity to work within a high-end environment, supporting and learning from some of the most experienced stylists in the industry.

The Role

You will be based in our Dubai salon, working directly alongside our Senior Directors and Founders. This role is ideal for a candidate who is serious about their career in hair, eager to refine their skills in hair extensions and colour, and ready to deliver a five-star client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Stylist Support:

Assist Senior Stylists and Directors with all aspects of service, including colour preparation, application of treatments, and extension preparation.

Client Hospitality:

Provide a warm, professional welcome to all clients. Manage the client journey, including serving refreshments and ensuring comfort throughout their appointment.

Basin Services:

Perform professional shampoos, head massages, and treatments to a high standard.

Salon Standards:

Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the salon, ensuring the dispensary and styling stations are clean.

Junior Styling:

Perform blow-drys and finishing services, with the opportunity to grow your own column as your training progresses.

Requirements

Language:

Fluent English is strictly required. You must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with our international clientele.

Experience:

Previous salon experience is required. You must have a solid foundation in salon operations and basic hairdressing skills.

Tenure:

3 years of salon experience is preferred but not a requirement.

Skills:

Competence in washing and rough drying is essential. Experience with hair extensions is an advantage but not mandatory as training will be provided.

Professionalism:

You must be well-groomed, punctual, and passionate about the hair industry.

Salary & Visa

Salary:

AED 3,000 - AED 5,000 per month (depending on experience and skill).

Visa:

Full employment visa provided.
