Job Description
- Position: Storekeeper
- Work Location Project Wise
- Salary 4500-6000 AED per month
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Storekeeper with Construction and Road Infra Experiences to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the inventory of construction materials and equipment, as well as ensuring their safe storage and timely delivery to project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and equipment
- - Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels are maintained
- - Coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- - Monitor and track materials and equipment usage to prevent shortages and overstocking
- - Inspect and maintain the quality of materials and equipment
- - Coordinate with project managers to understand project timelines and requirements
- - Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, usage, and discrepancies
- - Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and storage area
- - Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures for handling materials and equipment
- - Train and supervise junior storekeepers and warehouse staff
- - High school diploma or equivalent
- - Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a storekeeper in the construction and road infrastructure industry
- - Knowledge of construction materials and equipment
- - Strong organizational and time management skills
- - Attention to detail and accuracy
- - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- - Proficient in using inventory management software
- - Knowledge of safety and security procedures for handling materials and equipment
- - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- - Ability to work independently and in a team
