Job Description

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store/inventory, ensuring accurate stock management, timely procurement, and smooth coordination with the kitchen, service, and procurement teams. Maintains optimum inventory levels and ensures compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor inventory levels for food, beverages, kitchen equipment, disposables, and other consumables. Conduct regular stock counts (daily, weekly, monthly) and reconcile discrepancies. Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) and proper stock rotation practices are followed. Generate inventory usage reports and analyze trends to support procurement planning. Receive, inspect, and verify quality and quantity of all incoming goods. Coordinate with suppliers and purchasing team to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement. Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe storage environment in compliance with HACCP and local regulations. Implement and optimize inventory control procedures and systems (manual or software-based). Prepare and submit inventory-related reports to management. Manage a team of storekeepers and loaders, if applicable.

Requirements:

Proven experience (3-5 years) in inventory/store management in F&B, hospitality, or HoReCa sector. Strong knowledge of food safety and storage standards. Familiarity with inventory software (e.g., ERP, POS, WMS). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Basic knowledge of procurement and logistics processes. Good communication and team coordination abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Hospitality, or related field. Certification in food safety or inventory management is a plus. Experience in central kitchen, catering, or multi-outlet restaurant operations is advantageous.
