Position: Expansion & Business Development Manager - F&B (Male, Dubai Market Experience Required)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced person for Expansion & Business Development Manager to lead our restaurant growth and development across the UAE. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the Dubai F&B market, strong connections in the industry, and hands-on experience in opening new branches from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential locations for restaurant expansion using market insights and data.

Liaise with mall managements, real estate developers, and property consultants to secure optimal spaces.

Oversee all stages of new branch development: location scouting, lease negotiations, design coordination, pre-opening, and handover.

Prepare feasibility studies including estimated setup costs, projected revenue, breakeven timelines, and ROI.

Analyze potential locations' performance using competitor benchmarks, demographics, and traffic data.

Communicate effectively with internal departments (design, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of openings.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, facility management companies, and vendors.

Stay updated on F&B trends and competitor movements to help shape expansion strategy.

Track expansion KPIs and report regularly to leadership.

Requirements:

Proven track record of opening and launching new restaurants or cafe branches in Dubai.

Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate and F&B landscape, especially malls and high-footfall areas.

Solid understanding of restaurant finances -- ability to estimate projected revenues, assess cost structures, and analyze profitability of proposed locations.

Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills.

Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.

Willingness to travel within the UAE and occasionally across the GCC.
