To develop, implement, and maintain operational standards to a level of excellence throughout the section, in line with company policies and procedures.
The Department Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and supervising staff to maintain company standards in a retail environment
