**Assistant Store Manager - Retail Operations - Al-Futtaim Dubai**
**Role Summary**
Al-Futtaim Group is looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to lead the retail floor and support overall store operations in Dubai. **Core Duties**

• Act as the store's leader in the absence of the Store Manager, managing daily operations and staff coordination
• Lead team engagement initiatives and performance coaching to maintain high morale and productivity
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and in-store marketing are consistently executed
• Monitor KPIs and take action to achieve sales targets and optimize profit margins
• Maintain operational compliance with standard operating procedures and health/safety regulations
• Resolve customer concerns and elevate service levels to create lasting impressions
• Collaborate with back-office departments to align inventory, training, and promotions

**Candidate Requirements**

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume retail environment
• Diploma or equivalent qualification; additional retail or leadership training is a plus
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; English fluency required
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and process improvement abilities
• Ability to lead by example and foster a results-driven culture
• High customer focus and emotional intelligence in handling team and customer interactions
