Assistant Store Manager Retail Operations
Al-Futtaim Group is hiring an experienced Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations, support sales performance, drive team development, and ensure exceptional customer service standards. This role is a key leadership position, stepping in for the Store Manager when needed and playing a crucial part in delivering retail excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support store leadership in driving sales performance and profitability
• Supervise staff scheduling, training, and daily operational execution
• Deliver exceptional visual merchandising and in-store presentation
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and promoting a service-first culture
• Assist with stock control, reporting, and adherence to company SOPs
• Implement store policies and procedures to maintain operational excellence
• Act as the lead decision-maker in the absence of the Store Manager
• Contribute to coaching and development of team members to build high engagement

Requirements
Education and Experience

• Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a retail environment

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively and lead a team
• Proficient in operational planning and basic financial understanding
• Strong customer service skills and conflict resolution experience
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
