The Supervisor will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure smooth service, maintain quality and hygiene standards, and support the team in delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth store functioning. Monitor food preparation and service quality as per brand standards. Handle customer feedback and ensure a positive dining experience. Manage shift schedules and staff performance. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained. Assist in inventory control and stock ordering. Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role within a QSR Strong leadership and communication skills. Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible with work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
