Store Supervisor With F&b Background

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise the daily operations of the store and ensure all setup equipment is properly stored and maintained. Oversee the receiving, tagging, storage, and dispatch of F&B setup items such as tables, chairs, staging, buffet units, and decorative materials. Maintain an accurate inventory of all items using tracking systems (manual or digital). Conduct regular stock counts and physical verification of high-value items. Coordinate with banquet, events, and logistics teams to fulfill setup requests as per event requirements. Monitor the condition of assets and report any damages, shortages, or repair needs immediately. Ensure proper packaging, loading, and unloading to prevent damage during transportation. Implement and enforce safety, cleanliness, and organization protocols in the store. Train and supervise storekeepers, assistants, and loaders assigned to the store. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock movements and asset utilization.

Requirements:



High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in store management, preferably in hospitality or events sector. Strong knowledge of F&B setup items and event logistics. Familiar with inventory control systems and reporting. Physically fit and capable of handling large equipment with care. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic computer skills (Excel, Inventory Software).

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
