Job Description

FASSCO is looking for an Assistant Manager - Patient Food Service (F & B Background) candiadte, to manage operations at one of their premium projects. The Assistant Manager will work under the supervision of the General Manager. The position will manage day to day patient meal delivey, patient engagement and also manages the employees. You will address complaints and queries in a swift and courteous manner.

Preferred candidates who are immediately available (Visit/Cancelled Visa)

Responsibilities:

Inducting and mentoring new staff members. Resolving clients' questions and grievances in a professional manner. Ensure prompt and professional service, address all guest concerns, and monitor satisfaction metrics Implement innovative solutions, and ensure contractual obligations are met Enforce Health & Safety policies, food hygiene, and sanitation standards. Report hazards immediately Manage departmental P&L, control costs and oversee purchasing and inventory Lead and motivate team members, conduct performance appraisals and training. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, patient-centric environment Preparing company reports as required.
Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Food Service or Business Management (Certification in Advanced Food Hygiene would be an advantage) 10-12 years of progressive F&B management experience in a premium setting like a hospital or 5-7 star hotel Deep knowledge of Food, Health safety from UAE guidelines perspective High level of cultural competence and empathy, with the ability to maintain professionalism and respect patient privacy in a healthcare setting
