Overview

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Supervisor to manage daily store operations and lead the crew team at our GDK outlet in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have basic experience in QSR operations, team handling, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow. Lead, guide, and support crew members during all shifts. Ensure all food is prepared according to GDK standards and safety guidelines. Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure high-quality service. Manage shift schedules, staff attendance, and task allocation. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the store. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory and ordering. Ensure proper cash handling, POS accuracy, and end-of-shift reports. Support Store Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a QSR or fast-food environment. Strong communication and team leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle peak hours. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
