Job Description

Job Title: Store & Procurement Executive - Junior Level



Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day store operations including receiving, stocking, and issuing of materials. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation. Monitor stock levels and generate timely purchase requisitions to avoid shortages. Source, negotiate, and procure materials, supplies, and services at competitive prices. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Coordinate with project/site teams to ensure timely delivery of required materials. Implement inventory control practices to minimize wastage and losses. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies. Prepare and present procurement reports to management. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procurement processes. Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software (preferred).
