. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing procurement activities, maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring supplier compliance, and supporting smooth operational flow within the dental center.

Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Storekeeping
Identify procurement needs and source at least three suppliers per item.
Prepare summaries and recommendations for department approval.
Raise and manage purchase orders through
Doc32
.
Receive, inspect, label, and store dental and medical supplies.
Monitor stock levels, expiration dates, and ensure timely disposal of surplus items.
Maintain accurate inventory and documentation.
Conduct weekly and monthly audits with Finance and Quality teams.
Reporting
Submit weekly inventory updates to department seniors.
Prepare monthly procurement and consumption reports for Senior Management.
Report discrepancies, losses, or damages promptly.
Evaluate and summarize supplier performance.
Compliance
Ensure all items are properly recorded and traceable in
Doc32
.
Support internal and external audits with complete documentation.
Ensure all suppliers adhere to the center's standard operating procedures and policies.
Strictly follow all health and safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any field (required).
Certification in Supply Chain Management (preferred).
Experience:
Strong familiarity with dental and medical equipment, consumables, and supplies.
Prior experience in procurement within a medical or healthcare setup.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Dok32 system.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and critical thinking.
Background in contract management.
