Job Summary:
As a Store Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning of our retail store and ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed. You will be the go-to person for store operations and will have a significant impact on our overall success.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, sales, customer service, and staff supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including pricing, promotions, and product placement.
  • Monitor sales and inventory levels and make recommendations for stock replenishment or adjustment.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure timely and accurate ordering of products.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Train and supervise store staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and services and adhere to company policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on store performance and provide insights for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a retail or store management role.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze data.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
