**Assistant Store Manager - Retail Operations - Al-Futtaim Dubai**
**Position Overview**
Al-Futtaim Group is seeking a results-driven Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations and drive performance in one of our high-traffic retail locations in Dubai. As the acting store leader in the absence of the Store Manager, you will be responsible for sales growth, profitability, team leadership, customer service excellence, and visual merchandising standards. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in frontline retail leadership and a passion for operational excellence.

**What You'll Do**

• Lead daily store operations to ensure high standards in sales, service, merchandising, and cleanliness
• Actively coach and develop sales associates and supervisors to enhance team engagement and performance
• Drive financial performance by tracking KPIs, reducing shrinkage, and optimizing in-store promotions
• Maintain stock accuracy, visual display consistency, and compliance with SOPs
• Resolve customer issues and elevate service standards to enhance the overall shopping experience
• Collaborate with head office, merchandising, and supply chain teams to execute retail strategies
• Uphold Al-Futtaim's values in all aspects of store leadership and customer interaction

**Ideal Profile**

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within a fast-paced retail environment
• Diploma or equivalent required; additional training in retail or customer service is a plus
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing store profitability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Familiarity with POS systems, visual merchandising standards, and retail SOPs
