Position Title: Store Manager
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: up to 30K AED depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

A prominent group based in Abu Dhabi, with international collaboration and successful track records in the areas of F&B, Retail and Entertainment.

\xc2\xa7 Responsible for overall store management.
\xc2\xa7 Develop business strategies to raise customer pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
\xc2\xa7 Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staffs.
\xc2\xa7 Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
\xc2\xa7 Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc) through liaising with HR.
Qualifications:
\xc2\xa7 Female, 35 years old and below
\xc2\xa7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
\xc2\xa7 At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in handling a store \xe2\x80\x93 luxury/top international brands
\xc2\xa7 Must have proven successful experience as Retail Store Manager
