• Store Leader is overall responsible for the sales and staff management of the store.
• The JH needs to constantly monitor competition to see any gaps and areas of advantage.

What you will do: Budgeting, Planning and Cost Control:

• Play active role in creating the sales budgets for the store
• He/she has to work a major contribution in creating the annual sales budgets and then breaking it down into monthly sales targets.
• Closely monitor the operational costs to ensure they are within the budgeted numbers. He/ She is also responsible for the customer service offered by the team. Control the SG&A costs

Store Disciplines, SOP’s, and Routines:

• Ensure implementation and compliance on Store SOP’s, work routines, checklists and guidelines.
• Implement the daily/ weekly checklists

Follow the store operating guidelines and ensure team follows the same
Team Management:

• Create the productivity targets for the store team
• Work with HR to create training and development plans for the development needs of the staff.
• Overall responsible for the Store rosters

Customer Service:

• Map the customer Journey to determine the strengths and weaknesses
• Improve the customer service proposition by improving the NPS store
• Responsible for both before and after sale journey

Logistics and Product:

• Work with Logistics Executive to follow up on the order consolidations and ensure that orders are dispatched on time
• Constant feedback to Product/ master data executive with inputs on product performance

Required skills to be successful: Job-Specific/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks: Team management, Excellent customer service and communication skills. Time management and conflict resolution are added skills that will help Behavioral Competencies: Strong Leader, Multitasker, Should be quick and agile. Problem solver. Attention to detail. What equips you for the role:

• Education: High School or certificate course from technical institutes
• Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 5+ years in Retail preferably in Home retail. 3+ years in Store Manager position. Should have had experience of managing multi-functional teams, budgeting, operations, promotions, and customer service. Should be Interior designers / Kitchen planners.
• Have experience to operate AutoCAD, Sketch up & relevant software for kitchen/ wardrobe planning
