Job Summary: Looking for a Store Manager in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Supervise the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Manage and motivate a team of retail associates, providing coaching, training and support to improve performance and achieve sales targets
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that products are appropriately stocked and displayed, implementing systems to manage stock levels and prevent overstocking or stock shortages
• Develop and implement business strategies to increase sales and improve profitability, including identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
• Analyze sales figures and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing changes as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, ensuring that displays are regularly updated and that merchandise is presented in a manner that maximizes sales potential
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors and other stakeholders, representing the store in a professional and positive manner

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or relevant field preferred
• The applicant must several years of experience in retail management with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and team members
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and make informed decisions
• Proven ability to manage inventory levels and implement systems to prevent overstocking or stock shortages
• Experience in developing and implementing business strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be familiar with POS systems, inventory management software, and other retail technology.
• Should be self-motivated
