Job Description

We are looking to add a highly qualified and meticulous store manager to our esteemed team in the luxury goods and jewelry sector. The Store Manager will be in charge of managing every facet of our flagship store, therefore this crucial position calls for someone with both leadership and operational experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team committed to exceptional customer service. Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, and ensure inventory accuracy. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the customer shopping experience and maximize sales opportunities. Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports to communicate performance metrics and trends to upper management. Foster relationships with customers to promote brand loyalty and enhance customer engagement. Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives and events to drive traffic and increase brand awareness.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury goods or jewelry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful store operation. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team development and motivation. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Excellent organizational and time management abilities to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. Proficiency in sales analytics and reporting tools to make informed business decisions.
