Charterhouse is working exclusively with an Italian Fashion House, who is known for exuding quiet luxury in the highest quality. The brand is looking for an experienced Store Manager who will act as an ambassador for the brand and lead the store with style and sophistication.

About the role
The Store Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the boutique to drive and exceed targets and KPIs. This role will provide leadership through management, recruitment, training, development and motivating the team as well as demonstrate commitment to maintain the brand aesthetics through visual merchandising and visual standards at the highest level.

This role will analyse the store performance and have a commercial mindset when making decisions that drive the business and will build a team to develop and maintain the client database, ensuring repeat visits and customer loyalty.

In addition, this role will also be required to organize marketing activities to support the development of the business. The Manager will ensure that the team is surpassing exceptional customer service expectations at all times by leading by example.

About you

Our client is looking for someone with previous experience working within a luxury fashion business with a deep understanding of the UAE market and will have a proven track record of increasing turnover and profitability through successful management of P&L, budgets and sales growth.

The candidate must have extensive awareness of the luxury fashion industry, current market, competitors and style trends.
