The franchise manager is responsible for developing, managing, and planning the franchising business of the company. They will be accountable for developing franchising opportunities within GCC markets and for offering constant support to franchisees to ensure the total success of the business. Franchise managers is responsible for sourcing/ acquiring new franchising opportunities within GCC markets, develop a business plan, and providing other support throughout the application process. Responsible for managing retail sales growth and the customer experience in line with the overall business commercial performance objectives and brand-specific requirements; assisting in the definition of a brand portfolio strategy for Retail BU generally and the product category in particular key responsibilities and strategic responsibilities Responsibilities:
Developing marketing strategies to promote the company\xe2\x80\x99s products or services in GCC markets
Prospect for leads and run a direct marketing campaign, within the assigned territory that meets weekly quotas
Manage expansion of the franchises, including managing the team for sourcing commercial/retail sites, conducting feasibility studies, leading negotiations for site leasing/acquisition and managing fit-out and opening
Coordinating with other staff members in the company to ensure that all operations are running smoothly
Developing training programs for new franchisees, employees, and managers
Recruiting prospective franchisees based on their financial resources, business experience, and personal characteristics
Interviewing potential franchisees and reviewing their application forms to determine if they are eligible to purchase a franchise
Managing ongoing operations of a franchise location by overseeing staff members, making operational decisions, and maintaining relationships with customers
Reviewing financial statements to ensure that franchisees are following company standards for operations
Ensuring that each franchise location meets company standards for cleanliness, appearance, employee behavior, and operating procedures
Managing the development of promotional plans for new products and services to ensure that they are effective at increasing brand recognition and sales

Desired Candidate Profile
Should have over 10 years of retail franchise/business development experience with hands on experience in retail.
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business management or related field is preferred.
Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree is an advantage
Excellent People/process management skills.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Exposure to ecommerce and digital solutions will be an added advantage.
