What you'll be doing:
Summary:
The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, driving sales, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.

Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement. * Hire, train, and manage store staff, and give feedback during performance reviews.

• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock assessments, and coordinate restocking to ensure optimal availability.
• Oversee merchandise layout and presentation, implementing visual strategies to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
• Develop and manage the store budget, control expenses, and ensure financial targets are achieved.
• Ensure the store is well-maintained and compliant with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.
• Implement security measures to prevent theft and loss.

What we need:

• At least 3 years of leadership experience in sales within the furniture retail store
• Must be flexible with working in different shifts and at various locations within Dubai
