Store Manager (furniture & Décor)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations and team performance
Lead, train, and motivate the showroom staff to meet sales targets
Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and showroom standards
Ensure outstanding customer service at every touchpoint
Manage inventory, stock levels, and reporting
Collaborate with senior management on sales strategy and growth initiatives
What We're Looking For
Experience managing large-format retail showrooms (preferably in furniture/home decor)
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in English is required
Passionate about retail, design, and creating memorable customer experiences
