Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
Hire, train, and supervise store staff, including sales associates and administrative personnel.
Set performance goals for staff and provide coaching and feedback to help them achieve their objectives.
Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and high morale among staff.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
Plan and execute merchandise displays and promotions to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Manage store expenses and budgets to optimize financial performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the store.

Requirements:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
Proven experience in retail management, with a track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams to success.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to analyze sales and performance data to make informed decisions and drive results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
