looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join our team at IIQAF, the leading boutique chain of specialty apparel stores. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including developing and implementing efficient operational processes, providing excellent customer service, motivating staff, and ensuring compliance with all store policies and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement store operational plans to improve efficiency and profitability
Supervise and motivate staff to ensure that customer service standards are met
Recruit, train, and develop a team of store associates
Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed accurately and that the company\xe2\x80\x99s goals are met
Create a positive in-store atmosphere by managing and monitoring stock levels and merchandise displays
Monitor accuracy of inventory and loss prevention
Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and respond to changes in the market
Monitor customer feedback and resolve customer service issues in an efficient and timely manner
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of retail management experience is preferred
Excellent customer service skills and an understanding of customer service practices
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate, train, and lead a team of store associates
Knowledge of store operations, procedures, and inventory management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of applicable health and safety regulations
