Roles and Responsibilities
  • Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing budgets \xe2\x80\xa2 maintaining statistical and financial records \xe2\x80\xa2 dealing with customer queries and complaints \xe2\x80\xa2 overseeing pricing and stock control \xe2\x80\xa2 maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so \xe2\x80\xa2 ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation \xe2\x80\xa2 preparing promotional materials and displays \xe2\x80\xa2 liaising with head office.
Desired Candidate Profile Requirements and skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager \xe2\x80\xa2 Powerful leading skills and business orientation \xe2\x80\xa2 Customer management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organizational skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication and interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or relevant field Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
