It's a Supermarket Group Company. Male/Arabic - Maintain proper hygiene of all sections and equipment's such as flooring, counters, refrigerator, roastery, butchery, dairy & deli, fruit & vegetable, bakery, glass, facades, shelf. - Implement municipality requirements and liaise with QC Officer. - Ensure work readiness of equipment and services such as IT network, CCTV, EPOS, signboard, nuts heater (roastery), air condition, refrigerator, mill, lights and scales. - Inform maintenance department in case of any failure and follow up. - Check employees' attendance, uniform, dressing and hygiene, labour card, occupational health card, appropriate training, staff accommodation (if applicable) and schedule opening and closing team. - Managing proper opening and closing time, any cash, petty cash and loan facilities, availability of market trolley and ensure that lights, heater and cover of refrigerator are properly use. - Ensure correct ordering, receiving, unloading, storage, and rotation of merchandise, keeping the stock between minimum and maximum quantity as approved by management and building of displays, avoid expiry and waste and return it to supplier if applicable.
