Responsible for managing and maintaining MEP materials inventory, ensuring proper storage, issuance, and documentation to support project requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming MEP materials and equipment.
Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records regularly.
Ensure proper storage conditions for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing materials.
Issue materials to site teams based on approved requisitions.
Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely material availability.
Conduct periodic stock audits and report discrepancies.
Implement safety and housekeeping standards in the store area.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in MEP material handling and store management.
Knowledge of MEP materials and specifications.
Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
