Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate inventory records of all items in the store, including equipment, tools, and materials.
* Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and supplies.
* Ensure proper storage and organization of items in the store.
* Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement requests to replenish inventory.
* Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure timely delivery of required materials.
* Conduct regular stock checks and audits to reconcile physical stock with system records.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding store operations.
* Coordinate with other departments to identify their material requirements and ensure timely availability.
* Prepare reports on stock levels, consumption, and any discrepancies.
* Collaborate with the finance department for accurate and timely accounting of store-related transactions
* Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations in all store activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
* High school diploma or any Degree with 5 to 8 Years experience
* Proven experience as a Store Keeper in Oil & Gas Construction Companies engaged in Plant and Cross-Country Pipelines / Flowlines / Gathering Station projects is essential.
* Knowledge of storekeeping practices and inventory control procedures.
* Familiarity with ERP systems or other inventory management software.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
