Maintain receipt and records of daily of in/out goods
Response time and accuracy of response
Has good communication skills
Manage workers and monitor their progress, and be able to prioritize received requests
Be able to determine which goods need a special treatment and have the logic to decide whether to proceed with the request or not
Make sure that all goods are on hand based on the customer needs
Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies, and report it to Purchase Department for claims
Be aware of Warehouse consumptions needs, such as, office supplies and equipment repairs and follow up until the request is delivered
Beware of fraud agents! do not pay money to get a job
