Job Description

We are currently seeking a meticulous and organized Storekeeper to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our inventory and storage facilities. If you have excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, we invite you to apply for this position.Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory items, ensuring accuracy and completeness of deliveries.
Maintain proper stock levels of inventory items, conducting regular stock counts and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory items in designated storage areas, taking into account factors such as item type, size, and expiration date (if applicable).
Prepare and pack inventory items for outgoing shipments or transfers, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders and proper packaging to prevent damage during transportation.
Monitor inventory levels and reorder points, generating purchase requisitions or orders as needed to replenish stock in a timely manner.
Perform regular inspections of storage facilities and equipment, identifying and reporting any maintenance or safety issues to management for resolution.
Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation, including receiving reports, stock movement logs, and inventory adjustment records.
Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts, reconciling physical inventory counts with system records and investigating any discrepancies.
Coordinate with other departments or teams to fulfill inventory requests, transfers, or returns in a timely manner.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management and record-keeping.
Proficiency in computerized inventory management systems or software.
Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices.Benefits:
