IIQAF is looking for reliable and organized store keeper to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure efficient store operations and coordinate and replenish products to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Responsibilities:
Receive supplies and verify receiving documents such as invoices
Deliver products to assigned locations as requested
Ensure accurate and on-time preparation of requisitions/request for supplies and materials
Monitor and inspect all products delivered to ensure optimal quality
Physically count products, compare against inventory list on appropriate = documents
Ensure all products are stored in the appropriate place and labeled accurately
Update and maintain accurate store records
Monitor stock levels; ensure that all areas are adequately supplied
Report any discrepancies to the supervisor/manager
Ensure that work environment is neat, clean, safe, and well organized
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a storekeeper/ warehouse assistant
Ability to lift heavy objects
Knowledge of inventory tracking software
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work towards tight deadlines
