Job Summary: Looking for a Store Keeper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Assist with the administration as well as store management
  • Set up systems and processes for efficient utilization of space and ensure quality objectives are met
  • Set up and make sure stock control systems are up to date so as to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Receive the goods as per the specifications
  • Confirm quantity received
  • Ensure proper utilization of space in the store
  • Prepare stock report on a daily basis
  • Keep up books for inward and outward stock
  • Process documentation with purchase orders and issue material as per requisition and verify the document signed by the in-charge
  • Report and track damages as well as discrepancies on orders received
  • Keep up all required records as well as documents
  • Maintain effective store management
  • Keep up accurate manual and computer records issue parts as well as consumables to appropriate job cards through the system
  • Any other relevant tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • The suitable candidate must have a minimum of 2 or more years of experience working as a storekeeper
  • Must have good communication skills with the ability to work well with others
  • Excellent Ms Office suite knowledge required
  • Male candidates are preferred
