Store Keeper

Job Description

Receive, inspect, and store merchandise in an organized and efficient manner
Keep accurate records of inventory levels and notify management of any discrepancies
Monitor inventory levels to ensure that products are in stock and reorder when necessary
Maintain a clean and organized store room and ensure that merchandise is easily accessible
Assist customers with product inquiries and direct them to the appropriate section of the store
Handle cash and credit card transactions at the point of sale
Collaborate with other members of the store team to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operations
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business or related field preferred
1-2 years of experience in a retail environment preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
