Job Description
Store Keeper Responsibilities:
- Receiving and Handling all inbound and outbound materials as per the company policies and procedures
- Recording all the Receipt & Issuance into WMS
- Ensure all the materials are stored safely and meet the manufacturer recommendation on storage methods
- Producing reports on daily basis to the construction team regards to all the inbound, outbound deliveries
- Supervising and assigning day to day task for small group of 4 to 6 warehouse helpers. Maintaining re-order levels for consumable materials
- Coordinating with Store, Project, Construction, and Procurement management regards to the materials issues
- Working under pressure.
- Book Keeping
- Inventory skills is must
- Typing speed must be above 20 wpm
- Supervisory Skills
- Report writing skills
- Strong communication skills
- Time Management skills
- Analytical skills
- Keeping a record of sales and restocking the store accordingly.
- Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized.
- Mediating any confrontations between staff and clients, and de-escalating the situation.
- Candidate must have more than 4year of UAE experience.
- Must be organized and punctual.
- Well-presented and professional.
- A high school qualification or equivalent.
- Experience on SAP or any POS system encoding.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
