Conduct inventory valuation and send it to the Technical Officer to determine the site’s needs.
Receive the materials from the suppliers after making sure that they comply with the delivery note and purchase order.
Document both the technically complying and non-complying materials to be sent to the Purchasing Department.
Ensure all materials in stores are stacked and stored as per the standards to avoid any damages.
Issue the required materials to the construction site after obtaining the needed documents.
Monitor the stock availability on a regular basis to ensure there is no shortage of materials at the site and notify the Technical Office of the needed items.
Monitor materials with expiry dates to determine whether they could be used in the site or transferred to another project.
Send a monthly report to the Project Manager with the inventory valuation to be aware of the materials available and decide whether to use them or send them to other sites.
Send a report to the Technical Office including the status of the materials ordered.
Create a report including the scrapped equipment and assets after being examined and approved by the concerned parties.
Skills
Bachelor degree
3 - 5 Years of experience
Medium level in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Excellent Command of Arabic language skills.
