Job Description

1. Inventory & Stock Management



Strong knowledge of

stock control

, inward & outward entries Ability to manage

high-value and delicate items

Regular stock reconciliation and reporting

2. Attention to Detail



Careful handling of

premium and fragile products

Ensuring correct

finishes, colors, sizes, and branding

Zero-damage and zero-mix-up mindset

3. Quality Awareness



Ability to check products against

approved samples and specifications

Identifying defects in materials, finishing, stitching, or printing Coordinating with production for corrections

4. Coordination & Communication



Daily coordination with

production, sales, and logistics teams

Clear communication for urgent orders and dispatch priorities Basic customer and vendor interaction if required

5.Knowledge of Packaging Materials



Understanding of materials such as

PU, leatherette, MDF, velvet, suede, acrylic

Basic knowledge of

custom packaging and display accessories


6. Time & Priority Management



Managing

urgent and high-value orders

Planning dispatch schedules and meeting deadlines.
