Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily store and warehouse operations to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.

Maintain up-to-date records of incoming and outgoing materials, raw ingredients and packing material.

Coordinate with the production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely availability of materials.

Implement and monitor inventory control systems to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Ensure proper storage conditions, labelling & FIFO are maintained for all materials, adhering to food safety standards and company policies.

Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies promptly.

Supervise and manage store staff, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

Supervise loading, unloading, sorting, picking & packing.

Ensure accuracy of MRN, delivery notes etc.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in store or warehouse management, preferably in the food manufacturing or FMCG sector.

Bachelors degree preferrably in Logistics/ Supply Chain

Knowledge in WMS

Inventory planning & control

Strong understanding of ERP systems and warehouse best practices.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
