Job Title: Store Incharge

Location:Sharjah

Job Summary:

The Store Incharge is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the store, including inventory control, material receipt and dispatch, stock maintenance, and ensuring timely availability of materials. The role ensures accuracy in documentation and adherence to company policies for material management and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Store Management

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders.
Maintain updated inventory records and ensure proper stacking and labeling of items.
Issue materials as per requisition, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
Perform regular stock audits and cycle counts to reconcile physical and system stock.
Goods Handling & Storage

Ensure safe, secure, and organized storage of materials.
Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Maintain FIFO/LIFO practices as applicable.
Handle returns and damaged goods appropriately.
Documentation & Reporting

Maintain records of GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, stock registers, etc.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Coordinate with the purchase and accounts departments for invoice and stock reconciliation.
Compliance & Safety

Ensure adherence to safety standards in the store area.
Comply with company SOPs and inventory control policies.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store.
Coordination

Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal departments for smooth material flow.
Support internal audits and physical verifications.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., Tally, ERP, SAP).
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and documentation.
Ability to lead a small team or store assistants if needed.
Graduate in Commerce / Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent.
Certification in Store Management / Inventory Control (preferred).
1-5 years of experience in a store/inventory control role.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

Store and warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
