Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily branch operations and staff
Oversee parcel receiving, sorting, tracking, and dispatch
Coordinate timely deliveries and pickups
Manage customer queries and resolve concerns
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports
Monitor stock of packaging materials and branch supplies
Ensure service quality and operational efficiency

Requirements:
Experience in courier/logistics preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Efficient, organized, and able to meet deadlines
Computer literacy and reporting skills required
