Job Summary

:

Manar Al Omran is seeking a highly organized and experienced Store In-Charge to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and labor supervision in our scaffolding and formwork factory. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient material handling, accurate record-keeping, and smooth coordination between production, procurement, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

:

Inventory & Material Management:

Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of scaffolding, formwork materials, and equipment. Maintain accurate stock records (incoming/outgoing materials) using inventory management systems. Conduct regular stock audits and physical counts to prevent discrepancies. Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage or loss of materials.
Labor & Warehouse Supervision:

Manage and supervise warehouse staff and laborers to ensure productivity and discipline. Assign tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Train new workers on proper material handling and warehouse procedures.
Project & Documentation Support:

Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure timely material allocation for ongoing projects. Prepare and maintain reports (daily stock updates, consumption reports, wastage records). Assist in procurement planning by providing stock-level updates and material requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Industrial) or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Store In-Charge, Warehouse Supervisor, or similar role in a manufacturing/factory environment (scaffolding, formwork, construction, or steel fabrication preferred). Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software. Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read technical drawings and understand material specifications. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and inventory tracking tools. Physically fit to handle warehouse operations and supervise labor teams. Fluency in Arabic & English.
