Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of refrigeration components, tools, and consumables. Organize and maintain stock levels with appropriate labeling and categorization. Conduct periodic physical inventory checks and reconcile with the CRM system.

CRM & Software Entries:

Accurately enter and update all incoming and outgoing material records in the CRM. Maintain digital stock registers and generate real-time inventory reports. Coordinate with the procurement and service team via CRM for stock requests, issuance, and returns.

Warehouse Organization:

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse. Follow proper stacking, shelving, and safety standards specific to refrigeration equipment and components.

Material Issuance & Return:

Issue materials to technicians/engineers as per job orders or indent forms. Record returns and damaged items with clear documentation in CRM.

Vendor & Logistics Coordination:

Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners for timely delivery and dispatch of materials. Check incoming shipments against invoices and purchase orders.

Reporting:

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock movement and inventory reports to management. Flag low stock levels and suggest reorders as required.

Support Maintenance Operations:

Provide materials on priority for breakdown and emergency service calls. Maintain records of frequently used refrigeration spare parts and fast-moving items.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Monitor expiry and shelf life of chemicals and refrigerants if applicable.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with refrigeration materials (compressors, valves, copper piping, insulation, etc.) Proficient in MS Excel and inventory software (in addition to CRM) Strong organizational and time-management skills Good communication and coordination skills

Experience:

* Storekeeper: 2 years (Preferred)
