Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical

Stock and Sales Analyst

with proven experience in the UAE market. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and forecasting inventory and sales trends to support data-driven business decisions. This role bridges inventory planning, supply chain, and commercial sales operations to optimize stock levels and improve profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across different channels (retail, e-commerce, wholesale). Monitor and report on stock levels, stock ageing, and product availability across stores/warehouses. Identify slow-moving, fast-moving, and obsolete inventory, and propose actionable solutions. Forecast product demand in alignment with sales trends, promotions, and seasonal factors. Support supply chain and purchasing teams by providing insights into reorder needs and stock replenishment strategies. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness and align stock availability with sales targets. Prepare regular dashboards, KPIs, and business reports for management decision-making. Ensure inventory data accuracy across ERP and POS systems. Monitor product life cycles and support product launches with stock planning and allocation. Benchmark competitor performance (if data available) and analyze market trends relevant to stock and sales. Ensure compliance with company stock control policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in stock and sales analysis within the UAE, preferably in retail, FMCG, or distribution sectors. Strong understanding of UAE retail dynamics, sales channels, and consumer behavior. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query), Power BI or other data visualization tools. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and POS systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, marketing, and commercial teams.
