We are seeking diligent and efficient

Stewards

to join a

prestigious international hotel group in Saudi Arabia

. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of

2+ years' experience

in stewarding within a

luxury hotel environment

. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in food and beverage outlets, supporting kitchen operations, and ensuring a smooth service flow.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dishwashing, and service areas Wash, clean, and store all kitchen utensils, equipment, and crockery efficiently Assist in waste disposal and ensure adherence to health and safety standards Support the kitchen and service teams by ensuring timely supply of clean dishes, glassware, and cutlery Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and supplies Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas as required Assist in stock management and report shortages or damages to supervisors Follow all hygiene, health, and safety regulations strictly Support event setups and breakdowns as required Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive working environment

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum

2 years of experience

as a steward in a

luxury hotel or fine dining environment

Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills

Proficiency in English

is preferred; other language skills are an advantage Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
