Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen, dishwashing, and service areas.
Wash, clean, and properly store kitchen utensils, equipment, and crockery.
Assist with waste disposal and ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
Support kitchen and service teams by ensuring a steady supply of clean dishes, glassware, and cutlery.
Handle and store cleaning chemicals and supplies safely and responsibly.
Maintain the cleanliness of dining and service areas when required.
Assist with stock management and promptly report any shortages or damages.
Follow all hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.
Support event setups and breakdowns as needed.
Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive and efficient working environment.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Steward in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and sanitation standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in English preferred; additional languages are an advantage.
Physically fit and capable of performing manual and repetitive tasks.
